Pakistan head coach, Mickey Arthur has high hopes from the all-rounder, Faheem Ashraf in the upcoming ICC World Cup and believes that Faheem has the potential to become “a really good all-rounder” as he is continuously getting better.
“Faheem has got better and better over the last couple of years, he’s working on becoming a really good all-rounder,” Arthur said. Faheem is in Pakistan’s squad for the World Cup and is expected to play a vital role during the tournament as he is one of the genuine all-rounders in the team.
The 25-year-old has been one of Pakistan cricket's new-age rising stars who emerged from the Pakistan Super League (PSL). A three-dimensional modern-day cricketer, Faheem has improved rapidly in all facets of the game since making his debut against Sri Lanka in the 2017 Champions Trophy tournament.
