Cricket Sri Lanka has decided to cancel their planned training camp due to the mayhem in the country after the horrendous attacks on the Easter Sunday. The miserable incident took many innocent lives and left the world in utter grieve.
The training camp was scheduled this week in order to prepare for the ICC World Cup 2019. After the cancellation of the camp, Sri Lankan players will head England on 7th May and train there.
The camp will last for 3 weeks prior to the commencement of mega-event. Sri Lankan players are deeply affected by the massacre and the current chaos in the country. However, the whole team and management are still determined to perform well in the upcoming Cricket World Cup.
