The latest edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) unearthed some sensational fast-bowling talents of the country. Known by the name of Haris Rauf, the exuberant paceman is a completely raw product who made it this far through the platform of Lahore Qalandars Player Development Program (PDP).
Featuring in his debut season of PSL and picking 11 wickets in 10 games, Haris became the leading wicket-taker for Lahore along with the spin sensation Sandeep Lamichhane.
Recently, the speedster relived his glorious moments of Pakistan’s biggest T20 extravaganza as he was found thankful to the Lahore Qalandars franchise for trusting his abilities.
The 25-year old player shared that dismissing Imam-ul-Haq and Umar Akmal pleased him the most. Before getting Imam, the Rawalpindi born requested his skipper AB de Villiers to give him the new ball and he delivered. Coming to the wicket of Umar Akmal, the proficient cricketer added that he was gifted an Apple Watch by the management of Lahore Qalandars.
