Usman Khan Shinwari, the left-arm fast bowler hailing from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was live with Cricingif on Facebook. Usman Shinwari recently missed out on Pakistan's squad for ICC World Cup 2019. Usman was unfortunate to miss out despite his good numbers with the ball in recent past.
Usman Khan talked about the criticism which he faced on his death bowling. He had a habit of leaking runs at the death and even with the new ball when he could not find his line and length.
He said that Cricket is about ups and downs. I did not have a lot of bad matches, only one or two in which I gave away runs. "My recent performances against South Africa were good too", Usman added.
Usman Khan has taken 28 wickets in the 15 matches he played so far at an average of 19.32. His figures endorsed him as a strong candidate for the world cup selection, but his fragile temperament and the poor economy in the recent matches made the selectors think otherwise.
