Pakistan’s pace battery recently got swelled with the inclusion of rising pace sensation Mohammad Hasnain. Courtesy of an impressive show in the last edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the rookie was installed in the national side and then eventually got picked for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 tournament.
Capable of clocking speeds around 150 km/h, Hasnain is extremely excited to make an appearance in the 10-team tournament which is to start from May 30 in England and Wales. Before that, Pakistan will be playing a 5-game ODI series against England.
After starting his tour with a decent outing in the T20I game against England, the Hyderabad born is optimistic to give his absolute best in the 50-over competition. The 19-year old cricketer truly understands the challenges of the International cricket but he believes that he carries enough gas to shine against the top batters of the cricketing world. Moreover, the Quetta Gladiators player reflected on Steve Waugh’s prediction about him as Hasnain added that he really wants to prove the prophecy right.
