Shahid Afridi’s recently released autobiography, ‘Game Change’ has caused a flurry of controversies in light of the content found objectionable by a few of his former teammates and coaches. Afridi’s candid opinions in the book seem to have targeted legendary player and ex-coach of the Pakistan cricket team Javed Miandad particularly since he seemed to have called him a ‘little man’ in Game Changer.
Reacting to the allegations of his biased conduct towards Afridi during his coaching stint, Miandad has instead observed that the flamboyant cricketer’s transformed attitude has been very disappointing. He questioned the motives of Afridi behind such comments made in his book.
“He has been changed completely now. His attitude is very disappointing for everyone belongs to cricket fraternity in Pakistan. His book has been written just to earn money,” Miandad claimed about Afridi.
