Speaking about the fastest bowlers of the cricketing world, it is hard to ignore Pakistan as the country is known as a factory of the exceptional quicks. Even in the last edition of the glitzy Pakistan Super League (PSL), the fast-bowling aspect was laudable to say the least where everyone witnessed a raw talent like Haris Rauf making life hard for some big names of the game.
In the top 8 fastest T20 bowlers of this year, three belonged to Pakistan. Haris Rauf was found leading the chart with an average speed of 87.95 mph (miles per hour). He was closely followed by Mohammad Hasnain with veteran cricketer Wahab Riaz also making it to the list.
Sharing the list of the fastest pacers on his social media account, the Rawalpindi born was ecstatic to find himself in an elite company. Without wasting any time, Haris went on to thank Lahore Qalandars and franchise’s head coach Aaqib Javed for continuous support and guidance. Moreover, the 25-year old is positive about Lahore coming back strongly in the next season of Pakistan’s biggest T20 extravaganza.
