Ever since the release of biography of former Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi, the book has been a red hot topic of debate in the social media circles. Known by the name of ‘Game Changer’, the piece of text made some shocking revelations concerning some big names of Pakistan Cricket.
Discussing former opening batsman Aamer Sohail, Afridi’s book states that he accused him of match fixing and then later invited him to stay on his side. This obviously didn’t go down well with Aamer as he was recently found sharing his take on the allegations against him. History between these two cricketers is full of rifts and the recent event has exacerbated the relationship.
On being questioned about reading the book, the Lahore born added that he doesn’t have enough time to waste on such books which are based on a plethora of lies. The cricketer turned commentator spurned all the allegations disdainfully as he added that Afridi might have had a dream and decided to pen it down. Moreover, the 52-year old believes that the Multan Sultans player isn’t someone who should be taken seriously by the cricket enthusiasts.
