Recently, English skipper Eoin Morgan reflected on the memories he carries from the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 event. At the age of 12 years, Morgan witnessed Bangladesh taking on West Indies in Dublin which happens to be the birth place of the aggressive batsman.
The 32-year old also discussed the journey of Australia which included an iconic semi-final against South Africa where Kangaroos triumphed as they later went on to beat Pakistan in final and lift the prestigious title.
Discussing the tournament, the sagacious cricketer added that it provided him a massive inspiration to become like those players. Moreover, Morgan is sitting supremely confident of putting up a great show in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 event which is set to be played from May 30 in England and Wales.
