Babar Azam’s average dropped down 50 mark for the first time since October 2016

Babar Azam has been Pakistan's most dependable batsman in the recent past courtesy his phenomenal record in the ODIs. He has scored prolific runs for Pakistan ever since his debut.

Babar Azam's average dropped to 49.88 after he lost his wicket for just 15 runs in the 3rd ODI against England. This is the first time since October 2016 that Babar's average dropped down the 50th mark.

In the recent past, Babar has been a bit inconsistent. He has not been able to score heavy runs in almost every match. He tends to lose his wicket after getting a good start. But Babar is a key batsman for Pakistan in the mega-event and Pakistan dearly requires him to score heavy runs for Pakistan.
