After the tour games, life has been hard for Pakistan team as they have lost two consecutive ODIs in the ongoing five-game ODI series against England. With two games to go in the series, the green shirts would look to end the series on a high note and carry some winning momentum into the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 event.
Shadab Khan, Pakistan’s adroit all-rounder, recently reflected on the running ODI series as he backed the boys in green to win the last two ODI matches of the series.
The 20-year opined that playing a lot of cricket in England has given them a good experience which could prove handy for the national team. Moreover, the Mianwali born is ecstatic to get fit before the forthcoming mega-event as he vowed to deliver strongly in the 10-team competition starting from May 30 in England and Wales.
“I urge everyone to pray for Pakistan. We’ve gathered a lot of experience in England for the last three years. Therefore, our unit is capable of pulling a comeback in the ongoing ODI series,” said by Shadab Khan while talking to media at Rawalpindi Stadium.
