England captain Eoin Morgan will miss the fourth One-Day International against Pakistan in Nottingham after being suspended for a slow over-rate offence, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced in a statement.

Morgan has been suspended for one ODI and fined 40 percent of his match fee, while his players have been fined 20 percent of their match fees, for maintaining a slow over-rate during the third ODI against Pakistan.

England was found to be two overs late in the 3rd ODI as they required 4 hours to complete bowling their 50 overs which included only 7 overs of spin. The ICC said it was Morgan’s second “minor over-rate offence” after being previously found guilty during the Barbados ODI against the West Indies in February.
