Kamran Akmal laments favoritism in PCB

The performance of the Pakistan cricket team has been really disappointing in the last 12 months as they have lost quite a lot of games in all formats during this time which has raised a lot of eyebrows over the decisions of the management.

After the side’s recent defeats in England, former Pakistan wicket-keeper batsman Kamran Akmal has criticized the performance of the team management as he said that selection of players based on personal liking and disliking has lead to such results.

Moreover, the 37-year-old was not pleased on the omission of seniors like Mohammad Hafeez who has been sitting on the sidelines even after gaining fitness. Akmal also advised the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to shut down domestic cricket since players are now being selected based on their performances in the T20 format only.
