South African pacer Dale Steyn believes his team can finally overcome their chokers tag in the upcoming ICC World Cup and hoping to clinch that prestigious title this summer for the very first time in South Africa’s history.
The Proteas pace bowler who is nearing his retirement wants to give his all in the mega-event and to get the winners medal in the final match of the competition. Steyn got injured just after playing two games in IPL however, he is on course to be fully fit for the World Cup.
“I will give my best during this World Cup. I have got all the important trophies in my drawing room except this World Cup. I want to have the World Cup medal before I quit the game,” Steyn said.
