Pakistan’s fast-bowler, Shaheen Afridi who came at the big reputation into the national side following his exploits in the U-19 level and in the PSL has already cemented his place in the team as a regular member.
The 19-year-old who will be playing his first ever ICC tournament stated that he is all excited to give his best for his team in the mega-event. “Representing Pakistan at such a young age, and that too at a World Cup is a great feeling. The entire team is putting in the hard yards and hopefully, we will do well during the event,” said Shaheen.
The left-arm fast-bowler also mentioned about the opportunity to play against some of the best sides in the world, including arch-rivals India, during the World Cup, stating that match against India will b a big one and he will try to give his best shot.
