Indian left-arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav would play a crucial role for the national side in the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup in England and Wales as he has been their star performer along with Yuzvendra Chahal for over an year now.
The spinner did not have an ideal time in the Indian Premier League (IPL) this year as he only took 4 wickets in 9 games for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). However, the youngster is confident that his dismal IPL season would not affect his performances in the upcoming World Cup.
“I got a good break during the IPL. I rested well and have recovered fully. I have worked on my bowling extensively in the last 10 days. I am enjoying my rhythm and some errors that have been there in my basics have been cleared too. I am bowling well right now. Recovery has been full in a way and I am fully ready for the World Cup,” he further said.
