David Hussey, the former Australian player, is named as Melbourne Stars head coach. The 41-year old replaces Stephen Fleming, former New Zealand's captain. David Hussey was known for his power-hitting in his cricketing days.
Now he has a job to put some aggression in the Stars' eleven. He has vowed to improve the fielding standards of Melbourne Stars. Hussey has some coaching experience, having previously worked with the Stars and Victoria.
David Hussey played 61 ODIs, and 39 T20Is for Australia. He began his career for the mighty Aussies in 2008 and played his last International match in 2013 against Sri Lanka.
