The Pakistan cricket team is fully prepared ahead of their opening World Cup clash against West Indies at Trent Bridge. Taking a break from the extensive practice sessions, cricketing stars Imam-ul-Haq, Hasan Ali, Shoaib Malik and Sarfaraz Ahmed sat down for a candid Q/A round.
Dishing the dirt on their fellow teammates, the group of players spilled the beans on some of their peers’ annoying habits and pet peeves. The lighthearted and humorous session provides an insight into the lives of the players outside the cricketing field and the bond they share in the dressing room.
A couple of common answers were featured in the questionnaire given to Malik and the rest of the teammates. These included Mohammad Amir’s habit of asking for a flight upgrade and Imam’s admission of his habit of being late to the bus. Head coach Mickey Arthur was described as the grumpiest of the lot in the morning.
