Amir vows to come back harder against India

While Pakistan had a disappointing outing against Australia as the boys in green were defeated by 41 runs, the biggest positive of the 17th game of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 tournament was the bowling form of experienced cricketer Mohammad Amir.

After delivering strong shows against West Indies and England, the exuberant quick continued his good work and claimed his maiden ODI five-wicket haul against the defending champions Australia. To his dismay, Pakistan wasn’t able to convert it into a memorable day.

However, the 27-year old cricketer has no plans whatsoever to give up as he believes that there is plenty of cricket still left to be played in the tournament. Amir was frustrated to see his team losing grip over the game against the Kangaroos but promised to come back strongly in their next game against India which is scheduled to take place on June 16 at Old Trafford. The Gujjar Khan born truly understands the stern challenges awaiting the green team but he is confident of his team making it to the final-four stage of the ongoing cricket gala.
