Former Indian player, Sanjay Manjrekar carried out a critical analysis on the faltering Pakistan cricket team. He put forward his opinions about the reasons of Pakistan's downfall in the recent past.
Sanjay also talked about the captaincy of Sarfraz Ahmad and his decision to bowl first against India at the Old Trafford. He also feels that it would be unfair to compare Sarfraz Ahmad with the great Imran Khan.
"Sarfraz Ahmad is no Imran Khan, he is not going to take Pakistan to the next level, and to be fair blaming him for the loss at Old Trafford is silly. India was a much stronger side and there was not much Sarfraz could do about it", Sanjay said.
India has surely been a powerhouse in this year's world cup. Their dominance in this world cup and the reason why they are currently the best ODI side, have been seen by the cricket community. On the other hand, Sarfraz captaincy skills are surely being questioned after Pakistan's ordinary performance in this World Cup so far.
