Former English players reacts to England’s loss against Australia

No one expected a sudden jerk in England's world cup campaign after their fiery start in this year's World Cup. England lost to Australia at Lords on 25th June 2019 by 64 runs and now it is looking ominous for the host nation to qualify for the knock-out stage.

Former English players were not so happy with England's back to back losses against Sri Lanka and Australia respectively. Kevin Pietersen, Michael Vaughan, and Nasser Hussain slammed England for their ordinary performance.

English players were very hopeful before the start of play against the Aussies that England will be able to win this game. But as fate dragged the ill-starred, the result was totally opposite after the game ended.
