After South Africa and Afghanistan, West Indies have also been knocked out of the ICC World Cup 2019 after their humiliating loss against India yesterday.
India batted first and scored 268-7 with captain Virat Kohli (72) scoring another half-century in the tournament. MS Dhoni (56) and Hardik Pandya (46) also chipped in with handy contributions towards the end.
In reply, West Indies never looked like they were in the chase as they lost wickets on regular intervals. Sunil Ambris top scored with 31 for West Indies and Mohammad Shami was the chief destroyer for India with 4 wickets to his name. Jasprit Bumrah gave away just 9 runs in his 6 overs and took 2 wickets in a single over.
