The ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup has proved to be a highly competitive tournament so far as the variety of pitches in different parts of the United Kingdom (UK) have made teams toil hard for success.
Quite interestingly, the scores have not been as high as were anticipated before the tournament which has troubled some of the best sides in the world. Spinners have started to find decent spin on pitches that were favoring the pacers before.
Former Indian opening batsman Virender Sehwag is disappointed with the approach of batsmen in the World Cup as he feels that batsmen have not played spin bowling with the right attitude which has led to uneven scoring against them.
He cited examples of Rashid Khan and Fabian Allen who have restricted batsmen from scoring freely especially in their second spells.
