Playing 8 games of the competition, the proficient all-rounder managed a combination of 542 runs and 11 wickets to register a staggering show.
Bangladesh’s captain Mashrafe Mortaza showed immense faith in his senior pro and seeing Shakib’s performance has delighted him a lot.
