Emerging speedster Nasim Shah has caught the attention of the cricketing world with his vicious pace and uncanny ability to bowl intimidating bouncers at opposing batsmen. The teenage sensation first became famous after his first-class debut last year, where he thundered a brutal spell of fast bowling, claiming six wickets.
The youngster’s inspiring journey was, however, met with a hurdle since he suffered an injury which ruled him out of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) despite having been selected by victors Quetta Gladiators among the emerging picks.
Returning from a layoff period, the 16-year-old has not lost a touch of his sizzling pace and bounce as he regularly dismantled the South African batting lineup in the ongoing Under-19 one-day series. Nasim was on top of his game once again as he picked up 3 crucial wickets giving away just 21 runs in 7 overs against the junior Proteas.
