The Indian cricket team has finally found a quality allrounder in the shape of Hardik Pandya who not only takes wickets and fields well, but he also finishes innings for them which has given more depth to the Indian batting.
Indian skipper Virat Kohli was all praise for Pandya as he applauded him for contributing to the team in every department. He also said that being under extreme pressure brings out the best in the youngster which is a great quality to have.
“He finds a way to contain the runs and get you wickets. He’s really looking forward to do stuff for the team, that’s really helping his cricket. When he comes to bowl, he thinks like a batsman. He actually wants the ball under pressure because he thinks like a batter, so he can check their body language and know what to bowl and when. He’s bowling really well for us,” he said.
