The incredible servant of the game, Imran Tahir is to play his last game for South Africa. The iconic leg-spinner will end his ODI career with the game against Australia. Tahir represented South Africa in 106 ODI matches and took 225 wickets. Imran expressed his feelings over his last game and said.
"Quite an emotional moment that I will be stepping on to the field one last time for an ODI for South Africa, wholeheartedly thanking everyone who stood with me during my entire career and special thanks for Cricket South Africa to make my dream a reality".
The Pakistani-born South African cricketer will be missed for his iconic celebrations which entertained the crowd and inculcated a new life in them. Imran Tahir has always been humble on and off the field and South Africa will surely miss his incredible service for their cricket.
