In the aftermath of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 tournament, a pool of criticism concerning Pakistan’s head coach Mickey Arthur is clearly visible. Cricket pundits believe that Mickey’s wrong policies ended up costing Pakistan a semi-final berth as the team was tied with New Zealand on 11 points.
The latest man to have a go against the 51-year old is none other than Pakistan’s iconic all-rounder Abdul Razzaq who uttered extremely harsh remarks against Mickey. Sharing his views on Pakistan’s exit from the ongoing championship in England and Wales, the Lahore born vilified Mickey Arthur stating that he would leave Pakistan’s coaching only when he passes away.
Using such strong remarks against the Johannesburg born portrayed an extremely wicked picture of Razzaq as fans believe that he should apologize to Mickey Arthur. Meanwhile, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced a thorough review of Mickey’s performance before ending or extending his contract.
For this purpose, PCB Managing Director Wasim Khan and Chairman Ehsan Mani will meet Mickey in few days. Sources claim that Mickey will have an extension in his contract till the next edition of the T20 World Cup.
