Right after the World Cup, star batsman Babar Azam and fast-bowling ace Mohammad Amir along with all-rounder Faheem Ashraf will head straight into the cricket action again. The Pakistani trio got the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Pakistan Cricket Board to play County cricket.
The No.1 T20I batsman, Babar will represent Somerset for the County season and will leave for England on July 15th. Amir, who has regained his lost form, will join Essex and has already joined the squad without returning back to Pakistan.
The flamboyant all-rounder Faheem will represent Northampshire during the season. He will make his County debut against Durham on July 19th in the T20 Vitality Blast.
