Pakistani all-rounder Fawad Alam has been one of the unluckiest guys in Pakistani cricket circle over the years as he has been continuously ignored by the national selectors even after putting up top performances at the domestic level.
The 33-year-old has said that he has rested his case in the higher court of the Almighty and he does not expect anything from any human anymore.
He also said that he does not want to feel sorry for himself, however, he feels proud when people say that since it is a validation of his right to play for Pakistan.
The left-hander gave the above-mentioned statements in response to the former chief selector's statement in which Inzamam-ul-Haq apologized to the players he could not select for Pakistan during his tenure.
Fawad has also said that he would continue to play cricket and keep the dream of representing Pakistan once again alive until he stops enjoying playing cricket as an athlete.
