Indian all-rounder Krunal Pandya is used to being in the shadow of his brother Hardik, who often steals the limelight for his explosive batting firepower. Krunal, still finding his feet in international cricket, recently performed brilliantly for India A’s tour of West Indies where he picked up 7 wickets in three unofficial one-dayers.
Krunal has so far donned India’s national jersey in 11 T20Is and he has declared his desire to become a top cricketer like his skipper Virat Kohli and develop such extreme levels of consistency. Aiming to inculcate the hunger for achievement like Kohli, Krunal said he hopes to score runs frequently across all formats.
“From Virat, I want to find out how he stays so hungry to perform. I want to try to imbibe his consistency, scoring runs in all formats of the game,” he said.
