Ever since India faced a shock exit from the World Cup following a narrow loss to New Zealand in the semi-final at Old Trafford, reports have emerged claiming the existence of tensions within the dressing room. Rumors of hostile relations between certain players has been widely circulated in the media since the World Cup defeat.
Amidst this controversial news, the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) has dismissed all talks of rifts in the Indian team. A CoA member specifically addressed this and believed this nonexistent problem would not be probed further.
“The CoA cannot be reacting to reports in the media. If the players have any issue, they can/should bring it up with us. As far as the committee is concerned, there is no rift till the players talk of it with us,” the CoA member stated.
