Sri Lanka's veteran fast bowler, Lasith Malinga is at the verge of retirement from the international cricket. The yorker king has played 225 ODIs for Sri Lanka and picked up 335 wickets.
Malinga's services for Sri Lankan cricket is very commendable. He is one of the most cherished Sri Lankan cricketers of all time. He has represented the Islanders for over 15 years and now he is asking a little favor from his beloved fans.
"The 1st ODI vs Bangladesh will be my last ODI for Sri Lanka. I am grateful to everyone who backed and supported me in the last 16 years. I humbly request everyone to come and witness my farewell ODI at RPS Stadium, Colombo on 26th July, if possible", Lasith Malinga
