Bangladesh Under 19s won by 9 wickets (DLS Method)
Veteran Indian commentator, Harsha Bhogle expresses his views about the numbers and names on the kits of Test players. Starting from The Ashes 2019, this initiative will carry on throughout the ICC Test Championship. Where some people did not like this idea, Harsha was one to endorse it.
"I like the idea of having numbers and names on shirts in test cricket. It helps spectators identify players as a kid watching games, I was always asking people who a particular player was and often, they didn't know either and takes nothing away from the game", Harsha added.
It will certainly become easier for the fans to spot the players on the field. Moreover, a little more colour in the totally white outfits will add charming effects in order to grab the crowd's attention.
