Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni, who is currently on a sabbatical in Kashmir, has been one of the most successful cricketers in the history of Indian cricket as he has not only changed the game but has also commercialized cricket a lot.
The wicket-keeper batsman owns shares in some of the big companies in India along with being the joint owner of football club called Chennaiyin Football Club. The cricketer’s business interest in one of the companies might land him in trouble it is under investigation for sham transactions.
According to a report presented in the Supreme Court of India, it has been stated that the Amarpali Group got in bed with Rhiti Sports Management Private Limited and Amrapali Mahi Developers Private Limited through sham transactions.
Dhoni owns a major share in Rhiti Sports while Sakshi Dhoni is the director of Amarpali Mahi Developers which might land both of them in trouble if they prove to be true.
