In a much-anticipated game between Kent Spitfires and Surrey in the Vitality Blast T20, Mohammad Nabi from Afghanistan stole the show with his belligerent batting.
The match was reduced to just 7 overs per side after continuous rain and Surrey scored 54 runs in the allotted overs. In reply, Nabi came to the crease and unleashed the batting beast inside him.
He rescued his side to victory in just 3 overs as he smoked his way to 43* off just 12 balls that included some biggest hits of the tournament so far. The proficient all-rounder from Afghanistan also took a wicket to contribute to his side’s success in the match.
