Pakistan’s opening batsman, Sharjeel Khan, who is currently suffering from a 5-year ban courtesy spot-fixing has requested Pakistan Cricket Board to alleviate his punishment and allow him to play cricket. Sharjeel Khan was banned during the Pakistan Super League season 2017. He was found guilty of spot-fixing during the PSL matches. As per policy of PSL, there is no room for such acts and Pakistan Cricket Board implemented the ban on the bashing opening batsman.
