Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Managing Director, Wasim Khan has left for England to participate in a high-profile meeting of the MCC World Committee. The committee, headed by Mike Gatting, meets twice a year to discuss the prevalent issues facing the game.
Talking to a private TV channel, Wasim said that he is going to the MCC World Committee to give a detailed presentation on Pakistan cricket which will be attended by former greats like Kumar Sangakkara, Ricky Ponting, Sourav Ganguly, Shane Warne, Rodd Marsh, etc.
The PCB MD further said that heads of the Australian, England and Sri Lankan cricket boards would be visiting the country as the PCB aims to bring international cricket back to Pakistan. The English cricket team last visited Pakistan in 2005 where they played a full-fledged series against the men in green.
