Former Pakistan skipper Mohammad Hafeez is nearing the end of his cricketing journey as he has already been excluded from the central contracts list which is an indication that the all-rounder is not part of the long-term plans of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
Hafeez announced retirement from Test cricket last year, but he wanted to continue till the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. However, he still has not revealed his plans for the future after the conclusion of the event which has led to numerous speculations in the media.
The all-rounder recently conducted a question answer session with the fans on Twitter in which he was asked some interesting questions. One of the fans kept on inquiring about Hafeez’s retirement plans which he tried to ignore for a while.
However, he finally responded to that fan and told him that he is not familiar with the word give up and he would take every decision according to his own will as it is his own career that is at stake.
