Indian skipper Virat Kohli seemed to get frustrated with Miguel Cummins’ painstaking innings at the crease on the third day of the first Test match at Antigua. Cummins entered the record books to register the second slowest duck in Test cricket, managing to last 95 minutes without scoring a single run.
Continuing to block on his way to the 45-ball duck, Cummins even received a comment from Kohli, which was caught by stump mics. The attempted sledge did not unsettle the batsman as he resumed his defensive shots.
“Take the game forward, you are playing in West Indies, not in India,” Kohli sledged the West Indies pacer, who forged a decent stand with captain Jason Holder on the other end taking most of the strike.
