Bishop excited to see fast bowling reserves around the world

The Indian cricket team has started off the West Indies tour with a comprehensive win after the host batsmen failed miserably against the likes of Jasprit Bumrah, Ishant Sharma, and others. Former West Indian skipper Ian Bishop has been impressed with the way the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has managed the workload of Bumrah, keeping in mind his value to the team in all formats.

The former speedster also expressed excitement on the current lot of fast bowlers who would lead their team attacks in the coming years as he mentioned bowlers like Jofra Archer, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Kagiso Rabada, Pat Cummins, and Lockie Ferguson.

All the above-mentioned names have become great exponents of fast bowling for their teams and Bishop believes that fast bowling would flourish with such bowlers around.
