The Pakistan U19 cricket team is currently attending a comprehensive training camp at National Cricket Academy (NCA) before leaving for the U19 Asia Cup which is scheduled to be held in Sri Lanka next month.
Upcoming fast bowler Naseem Shah has been in the spotlight due to his recent performances against South Africa and Sri Lanka as he has impressed everyone with his pace and swing. He is hoping to give good performances in the Asia Cup as it would help the side in preparing for the all-important World Cup next year.
The 16-year-old also said that the green shirts are not thinking too much about the game against India as it would be just another game in the tournament that they would need to win in order to move. Naseem believes that the team is in good shape and everyone is ready to win the first ever U19 Asia Cup for Pakistan.
