The Indian cricket team captain and vice-captain, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, have been in the news of late due to their suspected rift as many reports have suggested that the two stalwarts have not been on the same page in recent times.
Former Indian opening batsman Virender Sehwag has said that the stories circulating in the media do not hold any significance since they are nothing but rumors as both the players seem quite friendly on and off the field.
“I think these are all media created. They bat together and chit chat when they are at the crease; they also talk to each other when they are fielding in the slips, so I don’t see any enmity or fight there. It’s all created by you guys,” he said.
Previously, both the players had also denied all such rumors as they said that all the senior players are on the same page and the environment is quite healthy in team India dressing room.
