This is very much on the cards that Pakistan cricket team’s former captain, Misbah-ul-Haq will be allotted with the duty of coaching Pakistan cricket team before the series against Sri Lanka at home.
Misbah, who retired from the International cricket back in 2017, is now all set to coach Pakistan team in the upcoming period. His services to Pakistan cricket as a captain were remarkable and now it is time for him to shine in the coaching department as well.
Although, Misbah’s nature is totally the opposite of Mickey Arthur’s, yet he has the nerves of steel to deal with the pressure. The calm-mind might help Pakistan excel in many traits including temperament.
The 45-year old knows much about this Pakistani team as he has served this country for a long time. On the other hand, his captaincy experience and acquaintance with the current squad are the other perks of Misbah being the head coach of Pakistan.
The right-handed batsman represented Pakistan in 75 Test matches, 162 ODIs, and 39 T20Is. He became the most successful captain for Pakistan in the Test format.
