The excitement for the forthcoming limited-overs series between Sri Lanka and Pakistan has been skyrocketing ever since it was announced that the matches will be conducted in Lahore and Karachi. Cricket-lovers are thus anticipating the return of competitive cricket to the deserted stadiums of Pakistan.
The three ODIs and three T20Is will be held between September 27 to October 9, marking the second visit by the Sri Lankan team since the horrifying attack on their team bus in 2009 in Lahore.
With the series just around the corner, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will be putting up tickets for sale in the next couple of weeks.
More details over the price of tickets and the logistics surrounding it will be unveiled soon. The tentative date set for the tickets distribution is somewhere in mid-September.
