Mohammad Amir, Pakistan’s left-arm pace bowler shines in the Vitality T20 Blast 2019 as he picked 2 for 29 against Kent Spitfires taking Essex Eagles into the Quarter Finals of the Vitality T20 Blast.
Amir was economical and accurate at the end and helped Essex in defending the total of 189 runs. Kent managed to score 179 in their 20-overs and fell 10 runs short of their Quarter-Final berth.
Amir has taken 10 wickets for Essex in the tournament so far, his pace and accuracy has been commendable. Remember Amir was given leave from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) National training camp in order to continue his County stint. He will join the team after the Vitality Blast and will be available for the home series against Sri Lanka.
