Recently, Buttler experienced an increase in his fan base as aspiring Pakistani Under-19 cricketer Mohammad Haris has revealed his admiration for Buttler. Haris, who is set to participate in upcoming Under-19 Asia Cup scheduled in Sri Lanka, is hungry to make his chances count and help his team win the tournament.
Reflecting on the upcoming 8-team competition, the 17-year old wicket-keeper batsman added that he’s an aggressive cricketer who aims scoring quick runs without becoming a burden on the team. Moreover, the Peshawar born spoke about Pakistan’s preparations for the tournament as he has high hopes from his unit. The competition which will kick off from September 5 will also include Kuwait, Nepal and United Arab Emirates (UAE) as the qualifiers.
