PCB hires a foreign coach for assessing NCA facilities

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has hired former English coach David Parsons to oversee certain aspects of the high-performance center. In a bid to introduce high-quality staff that enhances the skills of players, Parsons is one of the PCB recruits who will also check the facilities at National Cricket Academy in Lahore.

Parsons has earlier performed the role of National Spin Bowing Coach in 2005 and was the ECB Performing Director from 2007 onwards. He played a pivotal role in the development of England men’s cricket in subsequent years.

PCB has laid out plans to employ coaches and fitness trainers of the highest standards in order to increase the quality of Pakistan cricket in the long-run.
