The other batsmen who contributed were JN Malan (37) MP Breetzke (36). In reply, the captain of India A Manish Pandey took his team over the line in a nail-biting contest.

After losing 3 wickets inside 100 runs, Pandey took the attack to the team along with Shivam Dube who scored yet another quick-fire 45.
Ishan Kishan also contributed with 40 runs to his name. However, Pandey’s 81 run knock was the turning point for the hosts as they took impregnable lead in the ODI series.
