Pakistan’s cricket Ahmed Shehzad is counted among one of the wasted talents of the country. Despite carrying immense ability, the opening batsman never blossomed the way he was supposed to, particularly after recording a swashbuckling start to his International career.
Ahmed is the only Pakistani cricketer till date to have a century in all the three formats of the game and the Lahore born recently reviewed his achievement. Holding a question and answer session to interact with his fans on his official Twitter handle, the skillful batter responded to a question asking about the best innings of his career.
The 27-year old was quick to reply as he added that scoring a century in the T20 World Cup 2014 against Bangladesh goes down as a memorable knock as it installed him as the solitary centurion of all three formats for the boys in green. While many consider his International career to be over, Ahmed reiterated that he has no plans to give up as he is aiming to get back in national colors as soon as possible.
